1. How long have you been in real estate?

4. Networking is another crucial marketing factor in selling a home. Do you have personal networking relationships with the top agents from the top companies in my area?
Fortner: Yes. I work with many of the top agents in the county through personal and professional relationships. I like to showcase my homes during the Granbury Association of Realtors (GAR) weekly Realtor luncheons as well as ensure they are on tour for other agents at my brokerage.
